Six Sigma Green Belt

In this course, students will examine how to analyse process components and stakeholders in an organisation. They will also learn about concepts and tools for collecting and analysing customer information and feedback. Students will learn how to become proficient in all the analytical tools necessary to define, measure, analyse, improve, and control Six Sigma improvement projects. They will learn team leadership and project management skills.
